there is nothing like the holidays to bring everything in your life to one place, my place was and is with my family, my kids are my life and I feel so blessed to be their mom and to see them grow into such wonderful kids! The holidays are so very special, and each and every second isl filled with many many loving, happy memories that will last forever!

Cha Cha Cha Chia

A little funny, yesterday Sky saw the Spongebob cha cha cha chia on TV, and all he could do was talk about it for about 4 hours.... Im thinking Santa needs to bring him this for Christmas.

We had a very mellow weekend, it was very nice. Sky has been having a blast with his new toy, and so have I. We are looking forward to the next 2 and half weeks, and then everyone is home for Christmas (well most of it). I wonder if it will be a white Christmas? Sky has been so cute when he gets up in his power chair he helps me figure out where Christmas decorations need to be, we have garland around doors, clocks and pictures, its all his Christmas vision!!!! oh and he has made a few ornaments, a snowman and snow flakes. One ornament is an army man with ribbon (he is so funny)

Maria (another SMA mom) did a blog post with her son Jojos new Lumindisk, and as soon as I saw it I knew i had to have one and that Sky would love it, so I went to ebay and found one. We got it today and could not wait to give it to Sky, he loves it, talking to it, watching it play to music. Maria Im so Thankful for you and your Jojo, and for the idea of this wonderful toy!!!!!!

When I was a kid, I looked forward to Christmas, stringing popcorn and cranberry's for the tree, hanging our stockings, going to Grandmas house on Christmas eve, coming home late that night to see Santa had been there while we were away, Christmas has always been my favorite holiday. Now that Im a mom, Christmas has even bigger meaning, the look of joy that shines in your childs eyes is always the best gift.
