The things we come up with

It never seems to amaze me at what we can come up with to entertain our kids. Yesterday we were sitting at the window in the game room watching all the cats. Someone suggested putting cheese on the window for them to jump up and get, so thinking Sky would love to see this, we did just that. And what a riot, we watched the cats for over a half hour. Simple silly fun!!!!

Morning conversation: Skylar " hi mama, how are you, I love you" me "hi Sky, did you sleep good and have good dreams?" Skylar "ya, monster trucks and fishing" got to love the morning conversations with my little man. he has been so busy, his down time is about 2 hours a day, the rest of his day is up in his chairs, driving through the house, or having me pull him in his tumble form seat. he has been talking up a storm, its been wonderful!!!!

So this year seems to be the year of surprise (so far that is) Sky has been saying things, and talking to us in ways he has never done before, its been absolutely wonderful. And he has been doing things, things I haven't seen him do in years, like some how throwing his lets go fishing game to the floor...

2010 a new page in time

where did the year go? I swear it was just 1999... we had a great new year, we played and raced cars, enjoyed a movie and sparkling cider at midnight, Sky was so excited to see the fireworks.
